Exercise is an essential aspect of every patient's program, we expect each and every patient to participate albeit at different levels. The majority of patients we recommend a structured resistance program a minimum of 3 times a week, Average session length is 45 to 60 minutes. The sessions can be done at home or at a local gym, but trainers not mandatory but for many beginners it may be essential. After your initial evaluation will educate you on appropriate exercise programs, help you locate trainers in your area as well as different training programs. 

This program increases muscle mass, bone density, VO2 max and reduces body fat. At the same time we know that exercise decreases your incidents of cardiovascular disease, stroke, dementia and can even help stabilize blood sugar.
